Returns & Cancellations Policy
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/100367794560/account https://shopify.com/authentication/100367794560/account and go to your Orders. Select the relevant order and follow the steps to submit your request. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request without delay.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it through your account. Once fulfilled, please use the returns process below.
Returning items
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14
